Recipe and How to make prawn cocktail

400grm cooked prawn.
4 little gem lettuce trim.
4 heap tbs mayonaie.
5 tbs  tomato chutney.

2tbs worcestshire sauce.
2tbs horseradish.
Tabasco Sauce and squeze of Lemon juice.

Sprinkle prawn over lettuce and season with black pepper. Mix  mayonnaise tomato' churtney' worcestershire sauce' horseradish and tabasco together. Season to taste with lemon juice and salt and pepper. Then spoon sparingly over the prawn. Dust the top with little Paprika and sprinkle with chive.
