Pan Fry Fish Filet With Chips And Vegetables

Fish Fillet
Mix vegetables.
Veg Oil.

Season the fish wit fish season, or your home made spice, E.g, Maggi, salt, curry white pepper, galic, oregano, and parsley. Set aside for marination.
Cut together various vegetables and saute In a butter pan in a medium low heat, season with salt and pepper.

Add 2Tbs of oil in a fry on a medium low heat, Add the  marinated fish when pan is hot,  fry to cook on both side by Flipping over After 5 min until crispy and brown, Note fish should be dusted in flour before frying.
Serve together with the chips and seasonal vegetables. Ganish with lemon
