Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, has commissioned an ultra-modern automobile workshop, the Mitros Digital Workshop, constructed by the state government, at the Obada-Oko mechanic village, for easy diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
Commissioning the workshop yesterday, GovernorAmosun said the project is in fulfillment of his campaign promise to ensure that all professionals in the state are able to compete favorably with their counterparts worldwide.
The governor charged the artisans to take the workshop as their property, assuring that before the year runs out, not less than three of such workshops would have been opened in different locations in the state.
According to him, the digital workshop will ensure efficient maintenance of vehicles and early detection of faults, which will help prolong the life span of vehicles on Ogun state roads.
